For L.L. Bean, I designed the architecture and user experience for the retail giant's e-commerce checkout process overhaul in 2012, which they continue to utilize today. My efforts resulted in significant conversion, decreased abandonment and increased profitability to a record high in the first year after release.  I also played a key role in a variety of other projects as well.
