As a Principal UX Information Architect at TIAA, I was the owner a portfolio of UX projects and lead the user experience effort in application development projects for the “Unified Desktop” project.  In this role, I supported the internal audience, leading application design project in content production, anti-fraud, telephony, and enrollment in the personal retirement space. These wireframes showcased here are fully dynamic, interactive UX prototypes build in Axure. The aim is to demonstrate the end state of the application and help team members understand project requirements through annotations and visual cues.
